Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Program Management Office (PMO) by planning and coordinating activities across all phases of the software delivery lifecycle to mitigate risk for existing customers.
  • •Drive end-to-end progress across Credit, Fraud, Foundational, and Non-Risk journeys, ensuring alignment to timelines, priorities, and program objectives.
  • •Collaborate with Strategy, Product, and Solution Management to define capabilities and features, with clear documentation and delivery tracking.
  • •Maintain an integrated roadmap view with cross-team progress, dependencies, and identification of risks or gaps to ensure overall program health.
  • •Forecast and track feature delivery across Program Increments (PIs), support agility sessions, and enable adoption of tools and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •3–4+ years of experience across credit and/or fraud risk, program management, product delivery, or transformation initiatives.
  • •Experience driving complex, cross-functional programs in a matrixed organization across Product, Technology, Risk Strategy, Operations, and stakeholders.
  • •Strong program and portfolio management skills, including roadmap management, capacity planning, dependencies, governance, and delivery tracking.
  • •Ability to translate program data into actionable insights (trends, risks, trade-offs) for leadership decisions.
  • •Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel, including developing executive presentations, dashboards, and analytical reporting.
