Plant Manager

Lead the overall management and coordination of plant operations to meet cost, profit, quality, and productivity goals. Oversee production planning and scheduling, manage production management and maintenance teams, and drive quality improvement initiatives. Monitor output, yields, scrap, expenses, P&L, and production data to ensure efficient product flow and accurate reporting. Ensure compliance with HR policies, Federal/State/local laws, and OSHA safety requirements.
