Engineering Manager, Marketplace

Lead and evolve the technical vision and execution for a cross-functional Marketplace pod, partnering with product on OKRs and driving delivery. Manage and coach full-stack engineers across backend, frontend, iOS, and Android, while making complex technical decisions and scaling the pod’s infrastructure. Collaborate with design, applied science, and data science to improve the end-to-end search and hiring experience and support data-driven experimentation (A/B testing).
