Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure successful delivery of all projects in your portfolio on time, within scope and budget, and meeting quality standards
  • •Define and enforce operational processes to increase project efficiency and provide best practices for Business and Ivalua solutions
  • •Serve as primary management-level contact for customers and partners, building strong relationships and guiding governance and risk management
  • •Manage ARR and margin in the service business, track KPIs for Professional Services (profitability, resource utilization, customer satisfaction, Time-to-Value) and drive continuous improvements
  • •Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing Professional Services team, provide coaching and development programs, and mentor team members
