Job Summary

Lead enterprise-wide healthcare analytics strategy by discovering, developing, and implementing analytics that answer business questions and improve performance for health plans. Manage analytics project planning and execution, coordinate with business and technical partners, and drive stakeholder expectations through requirements, testing, deployment, and adoption. Mentor and develop your team, collaborate cross-functionally across IT, Finance, Network Development, and Payment Integrity, and communicate insights to non-technical leaders using modern reporting tools.

•Mentor, manage, and ensure the continuous development of the analytics team.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of healthcare analytics and experience working with large databases, data verification/management, and complex query development with SQL (or other coding languages).
•Experience leading or managing teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Hands-on skills in SQL querying, including table creation and indexing, query optimization, and using stored procedures.
•Strong analytical skills including basic data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis techniques.
•Knowledge of modern BI and visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI; programming languages like Python and R are preferred.
