Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently under general supervision.
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and operating load-out equipment.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery; monitor and control load-out functions.
  • •Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance tasks, inspect equipment for leaks, and keep records.
  • •Maintain clean, safe work areas, perform grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and report safety concerns or maintenance needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Must meet the minimum age requirement.
