Key Responsibilities

•Own product vision, roadmap, and strategies for TikTok Shop’s IPR and anti-counterfeit solutions.
•Develop product features to detect and mitigate IPR infringement and improve moderation efficiency and accuracy for related listings and content.
•Drive product lifecycle execution from concept to launch with value-based prioritization of initiatives.
•Create comprehensive product plans with customer needs, requirements, objectives, strategies, and actions.
•Define product requirements and coordinate development by partnering with IPR policy/ops, legal/compliance, and data science; measure success and recommend enhancements.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile or web/internet companies.
•Knowledge of IPR regulations and requirements, with strong technical understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, algorithms, OCR, and ASR.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment by driving innovation with internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong analytical and quantitative skills using data/metrics to evaluate assumptions, make decisions, and drive execution.
•Ability to thrive cross-functionally while balancing multiple priorities and scoping projects effectively.
