Key Responsibilities

  • •Order and manage IT hardware for employees, including laptops, desktops, VDI-related equipment, printers, and network components.
  • •Identify and support computer image and configuration requirements to improve productivity and reliability.
  • •Provide project management support for software/hardware upgrades and enhancements.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests, escalating as needed until resolution.
  • •Establish wireless communications for field users and support telecom equipment and asset inventory maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in IT and two years of related experience, or a high school diploma/GED and four years of related experience.
  • •Valid driver's license.
  • •Ability to log, troubleshoot, update, and follow through on incidents and requests until final resolution.
  • •Experience supporting and maintaining desktop, laptop, tablet, and enterprise software/hardware to maintain availability.
  • •Ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers to explain technical concepts.
