Key Responsibilities

  • •Pack, mark, label, and acquire weight and dimensions for cargo under supervision.
  • •Coordinate pre-shipping instructions and maintain logs, files, and supporting documents.
  • •Oversee domestic and international movement of goods in compliance with local and international law.
  • •Demonstrate understanding of the complete logistics process cycle and proper documentation for domestic and international movement.
  • •Assist Finance & Accounting with validation of rates and charges on invoices using SAP and other logistics systems to ensure correct and timely movement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Logistics, Engineering or similar.
  • •Knowledge of domestic and international transportation of goods in compliance with local and international law.
  • •Basic understanding of the complete logistics process cycle.
  • •Advanced English Proficiency is mandatory.
  • •Residence in Suriname is required.
