  • •Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading the Halo store floor team to achieve net sales, membership, and shrinkage KPIs.
  • •Maximize resource allocation and execute processes to drive profitability and store performance.
  • •Drive a selling and service culture through sales execution strategies, product knowledge, and consumer-first service.
  • •Analyze store performance, set and manage expectations and targets, and provide prompt feedback including actively managing poor performance.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising standards, coordinate shop floor replenishment, and ensure seamless stock-to-floor inventory processing.
