Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in a two-year rotational program to develop future operational leaders within Eaton’s Electrical Sector.
  • •Gain exposure to the engineering function and manufacturing/test functions at Eaton manufacturing sites.
  • •Process switchboard orders and prepare manufacturing documentation using tools such as Bid Manager, AutoCAD, and Plant Order Manager.
  • •Develop and route custom fabricated parts using AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools; support design reviews and implementation.
  • •Adhere to safety protocols (including 5S) and partner with Quality to resolve testing issues and support post-shipment support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution, with a graduation date before July 2027.
  • •Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8+.
  • •Minimum one internship or co-op experience (or equivalent) completed at the time of application.

  • •Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States (relocation assistance for candidates outside a 50-mile radius of Cleveland, TN or Sumter, SC).
