Key Responsibilities

•Execute daily inventory and material handling activities in line with defined procedures
•Receive, inspect and log incoming materials, ensure proper storage and organisation of stock, and distribute materials to end users in a timely manner (OTIF support)
•Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates; perform cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies
•Ensure adherence to GMP, EHS and site procedures; maintain documentation to support audits and inspections; support audit readiness
•Support and guide Material Controllers in day-to-day activities; assist workload coordination and act as a point of contact for routine queries from site stakeholders

Key Requirements

•Leaving Certificate (required) and relevant qualification desirable
•Experience in inventory control, stockroom or warehouse operations in a structured, process-driven environment
•Experience in a regulated GMP/GLP environment is an advantage
•Strong attention to detail, good organisational and problem-solving skills, and comfortable in a hands-on operational role
•Basic IT and Excel skills, plus good communication
