Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the QA strategy for sanctions and ensure QA outcomes are accurate, valid, and valuable.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing QA team, including coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
  • •Drive Sanctions QA delivery against KPIs and objectives by monitoring resources and refining operating procedures.
  • •Own QA execution including sampling methodology, test scripts, and scorecards; manage demand forecasts and capacity plans to meet SLAs.
  • •Act as a sanctions policy and risk-management SME, validate complex case outcomes, lead audit interactions, and translate QA data into actionable insights.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of leadership experience in operations or compliance, including at least 2 years leading a medium-sized organization (20–40 people).
  • •3+ years of sanctions domain experience in the financial services sector.
  • •Advanced knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to sanctions, including global regulatory frameworks in financial services or payments.
  • •Ability to use analytics to manage domain metrics and translate data into trends for continuous improvement.
  • •Fluent English and the ability to communicate complex topics to influence senior stakeholders.
