Key Responsibilities

•Set the QA strategy for sanctions and ensure QA outcomes are accurate, valid, and valuable.
•Lead and develop a high-performing QA team, including coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
•Drive Sanctions QA delivery against KPIs and objectives by monitoring resources and refining operating procedures.
•Own QA execution including sampling methodology, test scripts, and scorecards; manage demand forecasts and capacity plans to meet SLAs.
•Act as a sanctions policy and risk-management SME, validate complex case outcomes, lead audit interactions, and translate QA data into actionable insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 4,000 - 5,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•4+ years of leadership experience in operations or compliance, including at least 2 years leading a medium-sized organization (20–40 people).
•3+ years of sanctions domain experience in the financial services sector.
•Advanced knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to sanctions, including global regulatory frameworks in financial services or payments.
•Ability to use analytics to manage domain metrics and translate data into trends for continuous improvement.
•Fluent English and the ability to communicate complex topics to influence senior stakeholders.
