Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead teams responsible for installation, integration, and operational deployment of HME software in customer environments.
  • •Develop repeatable deployment methodologies, tools, and best practices to reduce deployment timelines and improve customer outcomes.
  • •Own customer training, technical publications, installation guides, troubleshooting documentation, and operational manuals; produce playbooks for field teams.
  • •Lead sustaining engineering: manage customer configurations/upgrades, provide deployment support and issue resolution, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Run operational excellence across processes and governance (SOPs, metrics, dashboards), coordinate test & evaluation for updates/repairs, and serve as the cross-functional operational interface translating feedback into product improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • •15 years of experience leading software operations, sustaining engineering, technical support, or product lifecycle organizations.
