Key Responsibilities

  • •Track and Analyze Change Requests (CPM/NPD changes) weekly agendas.
  • •Review Post Launch changes and implementation into Markets (Quality fixes to prevent exchanges).
  • •Work with Supply chain and Customer function on End of Life and End of Supply requests.
  • •Update Comms tracker and prioritise what to release when.
  • •Generate Process mapping for the Team
