Payroll Analyst - HR Operations - Thailand

Own end-to-end monthly payroll operations for Thailand, including collating/validating inputs and producing statutory reporting. Improve payroll processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy, and support payroll/benefits changes driven by new policies and laws. Provide payroll reporting and analysis for finance and support internal/external audits. Manage payroll vendors and collaborate with HR business partners to enhance the employee experience.
