Job Summary

Own demand planning and contribute to end-to-end SIOP execution by reviewing demand, master scheduling, capacity, and related business impacts. Analyze financial effects of headcount and CapEx, connect SIOP reconciliation to P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, and drive inventory optimization and operating plan decisions. Use analytics and scenario planning to anticipate critical events, manage mid-term schedules, CTB analysis, and support capacity review, MPS supply load, and fulfillment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand where demand comes from and how it impacts the value stream and overall business.
•Review demand, master scheduling, and capacity, and evaluate cross-business impacts.
•Ensure all steps of the SIOP process are completed.
•Tie financial reconciliation in SIOP to risk/opportunities impacting the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow based on supply/demand changes.
•Manage mid-term schedules and CTB analysis decisions; support capacity review, MPS supply load, and fulfillment strategies; drive inventory optimization initiatives and scenario planning.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 7 to 10 years of prior relevant experience.
