Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess engineering designs for practicality, constructability, and feasibility within outage or nuclear work window constraints.
  • •Oversee modification integration to ensure changes tie into existing plant systems per approved nuclear processes.
  • •Monitor construction lookahead schedules to prevent violations of nuclear safety, industrial safety, FME, and clearance requirements.
  • •Oversee construction quality standards, including FME controls/logs, closeout inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • •Interface with Engineering, Construction, and Operations to resolve technical or process issues affecting quality, schedule, or safety, aligned with NRC/INPO standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience) with 3 years of Nuclear Experience or 10 years Nuclear Experience.
  • •Experience in nuclear power plant maintenance or execution oversight, emphasizing outage and online execution in leadership roles.
  • •Knowledge of nuclear processes, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • •Strong experience in vendor oversight, construction quality assurance, and work planning.
  • •Ability to oversee design implementation, modification integration, and execution readiness to meet site and regulatory requirements.
