Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize advanced packaging equipment, including wafer-level packaging and stacking
  • •Improve equipment capability and enable process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity
  • •Establish and improve equipment management projects to deliver technology requirements
  • •Evaluate and promote new equipment and materials; develop hardware strategic roadmaps for 5+ years
  • •Ensure quality through defense coverage via process, measurement, inspection, and testing; correlate mechanisms to identify improvements and establish advanced controls

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science
  • •Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
  • •Effective communicator able to collaborate across all levels
  • •Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact (highly desirable)
  • •Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry (plus), with interest/knowledge of Micron and the semiconductor industry
