Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate within the live receiving department, including live hanging, crates, forklift driver duties, and backup support to the finishing machine.
  • •Place the legs of live chickens into shackles at a required rate to meet company line-speed standards.
  • •Insert drawers and perform required production tasks at established speeds.
  • •Load and unload crates off shuttle trucks and keep loose chickens picked up off the floor.
  • •Monitor and report equipment damage or potential mechanical problems to leadership; perform other assigned duties.
