Key Responsibilities

•Provide desktop and mobile device support firm wide.
•Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, including nights and weekends.
•Install and configure computer systems and applications within the firm.
•Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems.
•Own requests through to resolution, ensuring the requester is kept informed of the progress throughout.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7-15 years of experience in a similar role
•Windows Server support and administration
•Azure Active Directory support and administration
•Exchange Online support and administration
•VMware or comparable experience
