Job Summary

Own the global strategy for developing Asana’s sales managers and shaping clear career paths for sales individual contributors. Partner with Sales Leadership, HR Business Partners, and Learning & Development to design and deliver data-grounded leadership programs, career frameworks, and behavior-changing learning content. Define program metrics and feedback loops by connecting development outcomes to business performance, and run ongoing community and review cadences.

•Design and own Asana’s global sales manager development program, from onboarding through leadership coaching and cohort-based learning.
•Build and maintain career architecture for sales roles, including leveling rubrics, competency models, and progression criteria.
•Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and development priorities, delivering scalable solutions across regions and time zones.
•Create and curate learning content (workshops, e-learning modules, manager guides, and 1:1 toolkits) that drive measurable behavior change.
•Define program measurement using leading and lagging indicators and build feedback loops by connecting development program data to business performance data.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 194,000 - 220,000 annually

•A systems thinker who can balance big-picture strategy with program execution details.
•Exceptional facilitation and communication skills to build trust and alignment with senior revenue stakeholders.
