Identify cosmetic imperfections and required repairs before reconditioning and after the post-paint process in Carvana’s high-tech inspection centers. You’ll inspect vehicles, flag issues, and may support prep tasks like sanding and masking to ensure cars meet quality standards before they’re photographed and made ready for customers. This entry-level role includes training and progressive skill/payout growth, using modern tools in a fast-paced reconditioning environment.
