Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver proactive, measurable customer outcomes for occupant comfort, energy consumption, and building-asset performance using connected service technologies and EBI.
  • •Prepare engineering drawings and application projects for Service Jobs (SLJ’s).
  • •Determine equipment and accessory needs for implementations and inform field teams (FSL/FSS) in time.
  • •Install EBI, prepare graphics, and complete necessary programming work per specifications (Smart figure).
  • •Support temporary or final acceptance of service jobs on site, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with local/foreign teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 40,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Technical diploma or professional qualification in engineering or related technical field (HVAC, Security, Controls, IoT).
  • •Hands-on experience servicing HVAC systems, including Fire, Security, Access, or Alarm systems.
  • •Strong understanding of HVAC processes, building-automation controls, and standard protocols.
  • •Knowledge of ICT, networking, IoT, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
  • •Ability to read electrical diagrams and understand switching.
