Punching Operator – Monday – Thursday, 6:30am – 5:00pm

Operate and learn multiple manufacturing workstations, including a horizontal furnace, butt welder, and punch press, while working as part of a team to hit quality and production goals. Manage scheduling needs, run multiple furnaces, and maintain a strong understanding of 5S and TPM. Participate in safety initiatives, troubleshoot equipment processes, and cross-train on additional equipment to meet customer quality and production needs.
