Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and operate agentic tooling used by engineers, including security, access to models/tools, telemetry, and evaluation.
  • •Build and maintain an engineering knowledge base exposed through an MCP server for trusted internal context.
  • •Lead AI enablement across engineering through hands-on workshops, practical guidance, and adoption campaigns.
  • •Build and operate shared products that remove friction across the software development lifecycle from local setup to deployment and operation.
  • •Improve the developer portal and other shared engineering services by using research, feedback, and data to turn problems into software changes that save engineers time.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 111,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in production software delivery in a polyglot environment, spanning Java, Go, Python, and TypeScript.
  • •Strong experience building and operating production services from design through reliable operation.
  • •Excellent software design judgment with the ability to define boundaries and build testable, maintainable, observable systems.
  • •Practical experience using agentic tools to deliver real user stories, including providing context/constraints and owning outcomes.
  • •Experience leading large technical initiatives across teams and maintaining momentum when the path isn’t obvious.
