Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product strategy and execution for an AI portfolio area, including roadmap, PRFAQs/PRDs, launches, adoption, and post-launch iteration.
  • •Validate with named enterprise customers, write PRFAQs before engineering, and make crisp tradeoff decisions on scope vs. deferment.
  • •Partner with engineering to own PRDs as living documents and hold quality, scope, and timing through to launch.
  • •Coordinate cross-portfolio collaboration so AI capabilities compose as a unified platform using a deliberate build-vs-partner lens.
  • •Equip sales/GTM with positioning and proof points, and build external analyst credibility through briefings and published/keynote content; mentor and raise the PM bar across the AI team.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in product management, with at least five on a technical platform (database, data infrastructure, developer tools, or AI infrastructure).
  • •Deep technical fluency in modern AI infrastructure (vector search, embeddings, RAG, agent frameworks, model serving, context engineering, interoperability standards) and strong architecture discussions with engineering.
  • •Customer obsession and working-backwards rigor, including writing PRFAQs before code and making clear tradeoff decisions aligned to universal ICP needs.
  • •Engineering credibility and cross-functional trust with engineering, sales, GTM, and marketing, owning the why behind tradeoffs.
  • •Demonstrated AI-driven PM practice with concrete examples, plus advanced hands-on experience building with frontier AI models; Anthropic’s Claude stack is strongly preferred.
