Key Responsibilities

•Identify and win opportunities: Manage a high-value book of business across Central & Northern Europe to maximise incremental GMV for Faire.
•Lead and navigate the upmarket sales cycle with a personalized, insight-led approach from C-level to onboarding.
•Develop onboarding plans balancing near-term activation with long-term platform success and determine when to advance deals.
•Be the expert on your markets, using product and leadership to address objections and articulate Faire’s differentiators with precision.
•Represent Faire across the wholesale industry by driving value props across outreach, nurture, events, and collaborating with marketing.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 58,175 - 79,950 annually

•Proven track record of exceeding quota at upmarket level — top 3 in your org, President's Club / All-Stars qualifier.
•High-velocity pipeline engine: ability to run multiple complex Upmarket deals simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
•Sharp executive presence — comfortable operating from C-level to operational stakeholder.
•AI fluency: you use AI tools daily to prospect, prep, and accelerate — not as a talking point but as a genuine lever.
•Fluency in English; additional European languages a strong plus.
