Job Summary

Responsible for building and maintaining financial models, conducting monthly/quarterly reporting, budgets and forecasts, and providing strategic analysis to support senior management and the Group's financial performance. Leads planning processes, prepares narratives for decision-makers, and collaborates with department heads to drive growth and efficiency across business units.

Key Responsibilities

•Develops business planning processes, prepares reports, and analyzes chief metrics for all financial plans.
•Leads annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across units with alignment to corporate objectives.
•Builds integrated financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
•Automates financial reporting and dashboards using ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced Excel models.
•Coordinate with department heads to consolidate inputs for accurate forecasting and planning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Administration or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
•6 years of experience in FP&A or similar financial planning roles.
•Deep knowledge of IFRS and regulatory requirements; ERP experience, preferably SAP.
•Advanced financial modeling, scenario analysis, and driver-based forecasting with strong Excel and BI tooling skills.
•Ability to coordinate with multiple departments, provide insightful financial narratives, and mentor junior analysts.
