Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manage contracts related to sales activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and delivery within required timeframes.
  • •Ensure compliance with AVEVA contracting guidelines, policies, protocols, and processes.
  • •Coordinate with Sales and other stakeholders across the quote-to-fulfilment process to deliver contracts by business deadlines.
  • •Handle contract queries from internal teams and external stakeholders and facilitate contract signature by all parties.
  • •Store working papers and signed documents in corresponding archives and draft/prepare/edit contract documents such as NDAs, termination letters, and novation letters under Legal supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and hands-on experience in commercial contracts management and administration (significant relevant experience may substitute for the degree).
  • •Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • •Excellent communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
  • •Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to support EMEA time zones with adjusted working hours when required.
