Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate groups, arts and crafts, and recreational activities to enhance the member experience.
  • •Welcome members to the clinic and manage communications via phone and email, supporting scheduling and member record updates.
  • •Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and primary care providers by sharing observations and supporting coordinated member care.
  • •Identify members’ ongoing needs and connect them with community resources and supports to promote wellness.
  • •Participate in training and supervision and contribute to projects supporting clinic growth and ongoing member success.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled or recently graduated in a degree program related to mental health (e.g., pre-med, psychology, social work, or nursing).
  • •Strong interest in mental health and desire to work with members with severe mental illness.
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort working one-on-one and in group settings.
  • •Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in supporting daily member experiences and clinic workflows.
  • •Basic computer skills and some experience planning and designing events and activities.
