Health, Safety & Training Advisor (Bucks, AL, US)

Organize and arrange safety, on-the-job, operational, and values training for all plant employees, reporting to the Plant Manager while partnering with site management. Facilitate new-hire safety and operational orientation, collaborate on career development plans and training needs, and conduct mill safety reviews, investigations, and audits to ensure compliance with corporate directives. Lead divisional safety practices through safety committees, support trainers, and coordinate environmental testing, sampling, records, and audit support.
