Job Summary

Lead end-to-end validation for complex systems within the FIFA group, shaping how quality is built into the development lifecycle. Own holistic test plans (STP), coverage, and risk-based testing approaches, partnering across domains to align strategies and execution. Serve as the technical POC for QA/validation topics, review and approve validation methodologies, drive quality improvements using metrics, and mentor QA engineers while managing escalations and investigations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end validation strategy and execution across domains.
•Define customer-focused, risk-based testing approaches and own holistic test plans (STP), coverage, and validation scope.
•Participate in design and planning phases to identify gaps and risks; review and approve STP/STR and validation methodologies.
•Act as technical POC for QA and validation topics; drive quality methodologies, standards, and process improvements.
•Mentor QA engineers, align manual and automation testing strategies, track quality metrics, and resolve field escalations.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•B.Sc./M.Sc. in Engineering (Software, Electrical, or related field).
•Proven system-level validation and end-to-end (E2E) testing experience.
•Strong understanding of complex software systems and architectures.
•Experience driving test strategies, methodologies, and quality processes.
•Experience with SDLC, QA methodologies, and Agile development, including test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray).
