Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement global visual merchandising direction in the assigned store to support sales and profit targets.
  • •Ensure store compliance with global standards for windows, mannequins, lighting, cleanliness, and in-store communication tools.
  • •Create and maintain shop-in-shops and maintain VM standards through daily audits and monthly VM compliance reporting (including photos).
  • •Update space management floor plans and fixture allocations, analyze results with the store manager, and draft action plans.
  • •Train co-workers on visual merchandising standards and execute brand customer service and safe store operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Matric Certification.
  • •2-3 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.
  • •Interest in fashion & sports.
  • •Organized and detail oriented with the ability to follow directives.
  • •Good numeracy and communication skills (English skills beneficial).
