Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a consultative enablement partner to Americas sales leadership, aligning enablement priorities with regional GTM strategy, execution needs, and business outcomes.
•Operationalize Sophos sales methodology and priority GTM motions across the Americas, ensuring sellers and managers apply methodology, plays, discovery, qualification, messaging, objection handling, and deal execution.
•Develop AI-enabled sales readiness and translate AI-enabled selling into future-state enablement programs, training, role plays, coaching guides, and field guidance.
•Own detailed planning, coordination, and delivery of Americas enablement programs, including project plans, timelines, stakeholder alignment, dependency tracking, communications, and SME coordination.
•Create and govern field-ready enablement assets (playbooks, decks, facilitator guides, toolkits, dashboards), facilitate workshops and coaching sessions, and measure adoption and impact using CRM and learning metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 109,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Strong experience in sales enablement or GTM enablement, sales operations, field sales, technical sales, or learning and development.
•Proven ability to partner with senior sales leaders as a trusted, consultative advisor and challenge constructively.
•Strong understanding of sales execution, methodology, pipeline management, discovery, qualification, and value-based selling.
•Practical fluency in AI tools for sales and hands-on experience using AI to support enablement content development and quality review.
•Strong program management and facilitation skills, including instructional design/adult learning principles and data-driven enablement impact measurement.
