Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver sourcing assignments supporting areas like executive search, talent mapping/pooling, succession planning, and open roles.
  • •Proactively source, screen, and pool candidates using internal databases, LinkedIn, and external job boards/open web searching.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing plans and contribute to evolving HSBC’s proactive sourcing capability and effectiveness.
  • •Draft offer letters, manage onboarding activities, and support recruiters with operational aspects of hiring.
  • •Initiate and monitor pre-employment vetting progress, track market trends/competitor analysis, and design recruitment campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • •Fresh graduate (0–5 years since completing Bachelor’s degree) from a UGC-recognized university with required degree documentation.
  • •Must not have completed any Govt. regulated apprenticeship previously.
  • •Basic knowledge of full cycle recruiting and sourcing.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
  • •Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and presentation to senior stakeholders.
