Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Partner Platform vision, strategy, and roadmap starting with the Partner API and evolving to self-serve integrations.
  • •Build next phases of the Partner API, including self-serve onboarding, enterprise/admin controls, partner-managed account creation and billing, partner discovery, and integration quality.
  • •Establish a repeatable operating model for partner intake, partner engagement, integration support, launch readiness, documentation, incident response, and post-launch learning.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (IAM, Billing, Security, Engineering, Design, Docs, Analytics, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical Services) to align on required outcomes.
  • •Define platform success metrics and communicate product narratives externally and internally to executives, partners, customers, and field stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product management experience owning complex technical products, platforms, APIs, developer tools, ecosystems, or partner integrations.
  • •Demonstrated success taking a product/platform from ambiguous opportunity through launch, adoption, and continued evolution.
  • •Deep technical fluency in areas such as APIs, authentication/authorization, distributed systems, platform boundaries, integrations, reliability, and security trade-offs.
  • •Experience building for developers and technical users, with strong preference for AI-native workflows, AI agents, MCP, agent frameworks, or agentic developer platforms.
  • •Strong analytical judgment to define meaningful outcomes when direct revenue impact is indirect or still emerging.
