Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as TBI’s lead adviser on DLT and digital assets, overseeing delivery of complex, high-impact engagements.
  • •Lead senior advisory engagements with governments, central banks, regulators, and development finance institutions.
  • •Structure and oversee multidisciplinary workstreams, ensuring analytical rigour, delivery excellence, and quality/timeliness/impact of deliverables.
  • •Build and scale TBI’s DLT and Digital Assets practice by defining the strategic vision, growth roadmap, pipeline, and proposal development.
  • •Publish distinctive policy papers and represent TBI at global forums, while convening multi-stakeholder stakeholder ecosystems and building strategic partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience across management consulting, public-sector advisory, financial regulation, international organisations, fintech, or financial services.
  • •Proven success leading high-impact advisory engagements for governments, regulators, and public institutions.
  • •Strong track record in business development, proposal development, and client relationship management, including in emerging markets (desirable).
  • •Deep understanding of digital assets, stablecoins, tokenisation, CBDCs, and financial infrastructure, with strong policy and financial regulation knowledge.
  • •Ability to lead teams and manage complex stakeholder environments with exceptional communication and executive presence.
