Key Responsibilities

  • •Use our tech to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using data from hundreds of makes and models.
  • •Maintain safety and quality by practicing safe job practices when repairing equipment and keeping a clean work area.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment with independent judgment.
  • •Assist in training lower level technicians as needed.
  • •Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis.

Key Requirements

  • •High School diploma (Trade school certificate preferred)
  • •Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 to operate company vehicle

  • •Experience with maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on heavy equipment
