Job Summary

Help architect and deliver Dell’s L11 rack-scale AI solutions by defining system-level requirements and integrating Dell and partner IP into cohesive, deployable racks. Own system specifications, interfaces, and working parameters across compute, mechanical, thermal, software, and diagnostics. Coordinate rack-level subsystem integration, ensure manufacturability and reliability with factory enablement, and partner with customer teams plus cross-functional SMEs to plan and support large-scale AI deployments. Drive benchmarking, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and define system-level requirements for complex L11 rack-scale AI solutions integrating Dell IP and partner IP.
•Determine system specifications, interfaces, and working parameters across compute, mechanical, thermal, software, and diagnostics for full hardware/software compatibility.
•Coordinate design and integration of subsystems into complete rack-level systems meeting performance, quality, and manufacturability requirements.
•Ensure manufacturability, reliability, serviceability, and factory enablement for large-scale production.
•Engage with customer teams and coordinate across Dell SMEs (mechanical, thermal, software, supply chain, services, factory) for large-scale AI deployments, including benchmarking, testing, diagnosis, and documentation.

Salary: USD 210,162 - 271,975 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor's degree (or 8+ years with a Master's, or 5+ years with a PhD, or equivalent).
•Hands-on experience leading system-level architecture and integration of rack-scale or data center solutions across compute, mechanical, thermal, software, and diagnostics.
•Computer architecture, software architectures, compute system design, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and Requirements management / System Requirement Specification (SRS).
•Testing strategies, root cause problem solving, and troubleshooting.
•Cross-team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
