Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with software and firmware development teams to understand, define, and implement processes supporting NVIDIA cloud services and CSP customers.
  • •Schedule, lead, and document status meetings; build and maintain release schedules and the release plan of record.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and drive software objectives, collect requirements, define priorities, and manage schedules across parallel workstreams.
  • •Work with internal and 3rd-party partners across time zones to resolve customer issues; translate customer requirements into landmarks and actions.
  • •Manage customer releases, drive process documentation, and improve enterprise support processes while working with customer PMs on software issues and technical feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of proven experience in a similar or related role, with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
  • •Hands-on experience with software development and processes for applications or system software/firmware development.
  • •Proven track record getting complex products delivered to customers.
  • •Experience creatively resolving technical issues and resource conflicts, thinking strategically and tactically, and building consensus.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal direction and strong communication/technical presentation skills.
