  • •Educate and advise the Internal Audit Group on assessing Gen AI risks across audit portfolios.
  • •Challenge Gen AI use case developers and risk stakeholders to ensure appropriate risks are identified, documented, and controlled.
  • •Set direction and provide oversight for planning, execution, and reporting of audit engagements, delivering high-quality findings and mentoring junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree (minimum a master’s degree) in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or Statistics.
  • •8+ years of relevant work experience in the financial industry, preferably banking.
  • •Strong managerial skills plus written/verbal communication, analytical thinking, and problem solving.
  • •Experience developing, validating, or auditing AI/ML models.
  • •Experience with regulatory interaction and understanding of regulatory requirements for AI/Gen AI.
