Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide face-to-face or phone patient/care partner support for access and affordability, including issue resolution and coordination with Market Access and other internal teams.
  • •Compliantly ensure a positive patient journey by collaborating with BridgeBio stakeholders and following protected health information (PHI) handling policies.
  • •Lead evaluation and implementation of patient access opportunities within a geographic area for applicable patients.
  • •Direct access support between consented patients and relevant stakeholders (hub, pharmacies, prescriber offices, support organizations) and coordinate hub partner follow-ups.
  • •Manage patient status changes and onboarding for the ForgingBridges support program, monitor business rules, and report compliant insights to internal commercial teams.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS degree is preferred.
  • •5–8 years of Biotech/Pharma experience, with patient services, Market Access, and hub experience preferred.
  • •Strong foundation working with patient support programs (copay/cost sharing, affordability design, hub models) for medical and pharmacy benefit products.
  • •Comprehend specialty market and reimbursement/access challenges, including OIG/CMS/legal guidelines for patient support programs.
  • •Excellent analytical skills to develop strategies and tactics for patient access, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
