Lead first line credit management within the Business Credit Office (BCO), supporting Relationship Managers through the end-to-end credit and lending servicing journey. Own credit application and renewal coordination, perform customer outreach and credit analysis, and provide rating recommendation support. Ensure exemplary risk management controls as a First Line of Defence, improve productivity and client experience, and manage risk escalation while partnering with Coverage and Transaction Support teams.
