Job Summary

Lead a regional Go-to-Market practice for technology solutions, aligning strategy with overall business goals and driving consistent, sustainable growth across the assigned geography and portfolio. Manage transformation and expansion for selling practice solutions, own and optimize the solution portfolio investment, and generate demand through research and client engagement. Collaborate across a matrix organization to define technology roadmaps, manage business plans and investment/resource assumptions, and run solution design reviews to ensure client needs, capacity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and drive the regional practice strategy, and develop practice strategy to enable continuous integration and continuous delivery.
•Lead and manage transformation and growth for selling the practice across assigned geography and portfolio/solutions.
•Own and optimize the solution portfolio investment for client solutions, aligned to business strategies and priorities.
•Identify and create demand for solutions that drive sales and financial viability, including preparing and reviewing cost estimates.
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build and manage a technology roadmap, document and manage a plan of record (outcomes, release plan, investment plan, resource plan, assumptions, risks, issues), and conduct solution design reviews.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in technology-related topics with interest in information services and technology, with significant knowledge of business and products/solutions.
•Significant analytical mindset to compare information from multiple sources, identify business issues, and navigate complex or ambiguous situations.
•Significant persuasion and influence capabilities, able to work with and influence senior business leaders.
•Strategic thinking paired with tactical operational management skills, including understanding of technologies within the relevant practice(s) and delivery methods.
•Significant demonstrated experience in a pre-sales/sales and/or solutions practice leadership role, including implementing global product innovation strategy and managing teams.
