Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against key performance indicators and individual goals.
  • •Lead and coach the team to exceed individual and store productivity goals, modeling exceptional customer service and selling behaviors.
  • •Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
  • •Support the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding; provide ongoing training, feedback, and development to team members.
  • •Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards, support profitability through expense/shrink control, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support inventory management practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 36 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, with value placed on hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements.
  • •Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
  • •Strong coaching and motivation skills to build high-performing, diverse teams.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across levels.
