Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership and vision for the department/section, including directing overall operations and setting long-term plans.
  • •Prepare and submit the annual capital equipment budget and assist the manager with department programs.
  • •Lead quality improvement initiatives, monitor departmental operations, and ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safe work practices.
  • •Supervise the catering contractor, manage catering activities under contract specifications, and oversee food deliveries and kitchen equipment maintenance.
  • •Plan and coordinate patient and cafeteria menus, compile VIP patient menus, and ensure timely annual reporting on performance and productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Management, Healthcare Management, Clinical degree, or relevant field, OR a diploma in a relevant field with 3 years of additional experience.
  • •4–6 years of progressively responsible relevant experience.
  • •Experience in a large healthcare facility (desired).
