Key Responsibilities

•Act as the product subject matter expert for M&E within education offerings and represent the needs of education audiences to product teams.
•Develop deep expertise in Flow Studio and related workflows and apply that knowledge to education use cases and learning environments.
•Collaborate with product teams to understand roadmaps and new functionality and translate them into value for education audiences.
•Use data, audience insights, and market research to refine positioning and increase engagement across M&E education programs.
•Build and evolve personas and use cases reflecting the evolving needs of priority audiences and organizational goals.
