Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive P&L for the product function within remit of cross-border products and services.
  • •Monitor fee income and current account balances through flows/volumes for inward and outward remittances.
  • •Ensure adherence to master circulars/Directions and FEMA guidelines in coordination with legal and compliance teams.
  • •Co-create solutions with key clients in close consultation with regulators.
  • •Simplify/digitize/automate processes with operations and internal stakeholders to improve product penetration and success rates, and represent the unit in audit/review contexts.

Key Requirements

  • •12-15 years hands-on experience in cross-border trade/remittances product space.
  • •Expert knowledge of regulations governing cross-border products and digital/payment regulations relevant in India, with working knowledge of other jurisdictions as an advantage.
  • •Working-level knowledge of cross-border transaction operations, system interfaces, and account structures.
  • •Experience leading high-performance teams (direct and indirect) as a team leader.
  • •Master’s degree or equivalent (MBA preferred) and certification in Foreign exchange operations (e.g., FEDAI).
