Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets upon entry, answer questions, and help locate seats.
•Examine tickets/passes to verify authenticity for entry to various seat levels.
•Assist in keeping the venue safe, clean, and presentable throughout the event.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems and provide help to guests with special needs.
•Participate in venue recycling and sustainability efforts, and assist with end-of-show venue closing tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.25 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Ability to constantly walk and climb stairs, with occasional sitting and lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs+.
